I'm Rachel Bates — a licensed Texas notary, certified loan signing agent, and licensed real estate agent. I started Bates & Co. Closings to give my Rockwall and DFW neighbors a calmer, kinder way to handle important documents: I come to you, on your schedule, with evenings and weekends included.

This work is personal. After spending fourteen months as the full-time caregiver for my grandmother, I know how heavy it can feel to manage paperwork during life's hardest moments. So I treat every appointment — a loan closing, an apostille, or a bedside power of attorney — with patience, care, and attention to every detail. Bonded and $100,000 E&O insured, I keep it all handled so nothing slips, and you feel genuinely taken care of.
