Texas caps the notarial act itself at $10 per signature; any remaining amount covers travel and convenience.
Local travel within 20 miles is included; long-distance trips are billed at your service fee + $1.25 / mile beyond 20 miles.
Rush / short-notice service: +$50.
Trip / cancellation fee: $25.
A $15 wait fee applies after a 15-minute grace period.
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book an appointment and is applied toward your total.
